The GDPU is seeking to raise $25,360 in direct costs for the campaign, to be spent as follows:

Supplies - $3,205
Equipment - $700
Travel (including travel within nine sub-districts by the GDPU’s audit team) - $11,400
Media (including the cost of running radio spots prior to the 2010 parish development committee elections - $6,805

Jennifer (above) is one of many Ugandans who live with a disablity and would benefit from this campaign. Jennifer works at a brickmaking facility in the GDPU compound, where she is acquiring skills, earning an income, and producing housing material for other people with disabilities.
