2020 Peace Fellows

We have made offers to eight Peace Fellows, who are pictured below, but will unfortunately not be deploying them abroad as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are in discussions with the Fellows and partners about supporting remote fellowships and will have more information by the end of May. We wish all past Fellows well.

 

The Fletcher School Fellowships, Tufts University

Beth will work on transitional justice in Nepal for the Network of Families of the Disappeared (NEFAD)

Jeremiah Anthony 

Jeremiah will work with families affected by Agent Orange in Vietnam through AEPD

 

The MSFS Fellowships, Georgetown University

 

Phillip Baumgart

Phillip will work on transitional justice in Nepal for the Network of Families of the Disappeared (NEFAD)

Ishanee Chanda

Ishanee will work on menstrual banishment in Nepal with advocates for women’s rights

 

Nicole Compton

Nicole will study conflict and climate change in northwest Kenya with Children Peace Initiative Kenya (CPIK)

Wilson Charles

Wilson will help GDPU to strengthen its advocacy for persons with disability in Uganda

Cody will help the GDPU to install accessible toilets at the Lapuda School in Uganda
