Jeremiah is a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy candidate at the Fletcher School at Tufts University. His studies focus on human security and international organizations, specifically how the two intersect with the global status of youth. Jeremiah an Iowa native but completed his Bachelor of Arts at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. While there he studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Shanghai, China. Since graduating, Jeremiah has worked in the youth peacemaking and youth social entrepreneurship sectors around the world. Around the world, Jeremiah helped youth-created, youth-built, and youth-led projects scale, gain permanence, become more efficient, and realize organizational goals. The campaigns ranged from increasing access to female hygiene products to combatting child slavery. His experience in the field and in the donor relations side of international organization work created a calling for Jeremiah to work in community-driven development. As co-President of the Fletcher International Development Group and global peacemaking instructor at Tufts’ Osher Life Long Learners Institute, Jeremiah works to promote informed and effective community development work around the world.
