Quilts can tell a powerful story and we encourage partners to help their stakeholders to describe their experience through embroidery which we then assemble into quilts for display. Over 500 women and children in 15 countries have expressed themselves through embroidered squares and all are profiled in these pages. Here in the United States, over fifty expert quilters have given generously of their time to assemble the squares into quilts which have been shown at events and attracted tens of thousands of visitors. Visit Vision and History of our quilts for more information about advocacy quilting and how it all began. Click on an image below to bring up profiles of each quilt and the artists who produced the embroidery. Meet the American quilters who assembled the quilts. Read about our quilt exhibitions.
